why.
photography has established itself within museums and the art market within the last decade. During Art Basel week, we want to enhance and nourish the creative trade of all the major art players within and around photography.
“Art lovers wilting under the weight of commerce grinding through the behemoth fairs should head to this compact alternative for lighter, more subtle encounters”
“Photo Basel, wants to offer something different: a boutique fair of vintage and fine-art photography, and photography-based art.”
“[Visit photo basel] to get a sense
of what’s trending in the photography
world.”
